Electroconvulsive therapy given without proper authorisation at Royal Darwin Hospital

A young Aboriginal women has been given electroshock involuntarily. Electroshock is torture and needs to be made illegal. In Darwin approval for her electroshock should have been approved by a Tribunal and was not.
