1991 FDA Hearing with Testimony
As far back as 1991 CCHR was exposing the fact that antidepressants can cause suicide and violence. It would take 13 years for the FDA to finally admit this was true, and issued the agencies strongest warning, the “black box”, in 2004.
May 30, 1991: ”Prozac (fluoxetine) had the highest number of adverse event reports submitted to the FDA National Adverse Drug Reaction Reporting System database. The database dates back to 1969.”
